Marketing Organizational Chart
An organizational chart lets you see your business at a glance and understand how all your departments work together to help you achieve your goals. Why not do the same thing with your marketing department?
In a recent blog post, John Janash, of Ducttape Marketing presented a marketing organization chart. Instead of charting hierarchies and supervisor relationships, he instead looked at how different aspects of your marketing work together.
He subdivided marketing into four key elements: strategy, lead generation, lead conversion and customer service. Under each “department,” he identifies the specific activities and marketing elements which support that marketing element.
