Day One

Everyone is NOT your customer. In this session we will show you how to narrow your focus to grow your sales.

Day Two

Your brand is more than just a logo. It is the sum total of all the images and messages your company uses to create a positive impression in the mind of your customer. in this session we will give you a tools to evaluate your market and competitors and define a unique brand position.

Day Three

Good marketing begins with the numbers. In this session will look at the lifetime value of your customer to determine what your marketing budget should be. Then we’ll show you how to evaluate your close rate and referral rates to determine how and when you should be investing in marketing.

Day Four

Once you have defined your brand, customer and budget it is time to start figuring out where to spend the money. In this session we will show you how to build a plan framework you can use to grow your business.
