The team members at Roundpeg are curious by nature. We enjoy learning how things work and why. In 2010, this curiosity drove us to conduct our first study to understand how small businesses were using social media.
The results provided valuable insights into how they were attacking the challenges of social media, so we made the study an annual event culminating in the publication of a white paper. The 2012 results can be found here.
Past studies have looked at how factors including the size of the company, gender and industry affected social media activities. This year, we are expanding the study to see how target customers (B2B vs B2C) impact social media behavior
