The key take away form this video.   You must develop content which attracts the attention of search engines. It needs to be relevant and key word rich.  But it also must be appealing to human beings because ultimately, it is not the search engines, but the people who will buy your product or service.  That is the most important audience to reach with each and every page of your content.
