With over 25 years of marketing experience, Ryan is known as change maker who gets companies the results they are looking for. In his marketing career, he has directed, coached, developed strategies, created and re-created brands and helped over 200 local companies grow to their potential.

After a successful career in working for others in “right-hand man” positions, he knew he had the entrepreneurial spirit. In 2007 he started Lure Creative, that grew to a nationally known and recognized leader in the digital agency industry.

In 2016 they re-branded the company and became a Certified HubSpot and Web Development Agency. The agency was acquired in April of 2018 which has allowed Ryan to use his skills and talents in new and exciting ways that currently align with his life’s journey. Today he is part of the team at Peterson Acquisitions helping other business owners find the next step in their journey.
